Vintage UConn Husky Slide Tee
In the 1980s and ‘90s, the UConn mascot was famous for his leap through the air during basketball game timeouts. Jonathan would take off in a sprint on one end of the court, then jump, fly, and smoothly slide into the camera, creating lifelong memories for fans both at Gampel Pavilion and on their TVs at home. Due to the potential for mascot injury, the move was eventually banned by the powers that be. The legendary Husky Slide only survived for a decade, but this original illustration will celebrate it forever
